This Privacy Policy applies to Arbor Research Holdings, LLC and its subsidiaries Arbor Research & Trading LLC, Arbor Research & Trading (UK), Ltd, and Bianco Research LLC which are referred to collectively in this Notice as “Arbor.”
Arbor has a privacy policy of protecting the confidentiality and security of information we collect about our clients. We do not share information about you (“Information”) outside of Arbor without your consent except for the specific purposes described below, in accordance with all applicable laws. We limit the collection and use of Information to the minimum Arbor requires to deliver superior service to you. Such service includes advising you about our products, services and other opportunities, maintaining your accounts with us, processing transactions requested by you or other persons authorized by you and administering our business.

The most common types of Information collected are: name, email, mailing address, company affiliation, phone number, and job title. Additional Information may be collected as needed to provide remunerated services.
Our websites capture your interactions, including IP addresses, with content from Arbor affiliated domains: arborresearch.com, biancoresearch.com, and claritybid.com. In addition, our websites utilize cookies as described in our cookie policy to collect additional Information regarding user behavior on our websites.
How we use Collected Information
We may disclose any Information when we believe it necessary for the conduct of our business, or where disclosure is required by law. For example, Information may be disclosed for audit or research purposes, to attorneys or other professionals, or to law enforcement and regulatory agencies to help, among other things, prevent fraud or money laundering.

Moreover, it is Arbor’s policy to require all third parties that are to receive any Information to sign strict confidentiality agreements.

Our employees, registered representatives and investment adviser representatives acting on our behalf are required to protect the confidentiality of Information and to comply with our established Information security policies. Information Other Websites Collect From You
Our websites may contain links or embedded content operated by other parties whose practices may be different than ours. We do not directly share Information with these websites. Request for Information
Upon your written request (contact info below), we will make available for your review any file we may maintain for your personal Information; provided, however, that any Information collected in connection with, or in anticipation of, any claim or legal proceeding will not be made available.
